Traveling East or West

Take the Long Island Expressway (I495) to Rte 112 North. Follow Rte 112 North to Patchogue-Mount Sinai Rd. Make a right turn on to Canal Rd and the first left on to Plymouth Ave. Turn left at Mount Sinai-Coram Rd, and make the first right on to Hamlet Dr. Make the first right on to Clubhouse Dr.
