Failsafe Backup Plan
We bring backup equipment to every event - microphones, music hard drives, laptops, cables, etc. All of our photo booths come with backup printers and cameras, as well as extra paper and ink. Each staff member is trained to immediately fix issues (if any!) so your guests do not miss out on any of the fun.
Our Frost White DJ setup is a true and completely white DJ system, not just a white DJ front board. The speakers, poles, front board, and lights are all professionally painted. We also use white cables and wires to contour the look. Ask your DJ if they bring true white speakers - or just put white bags over black speakers!
We Guarantee Your Musicians
The live musicians you select from our website and our brochure will be the ones who show up at your event. The sound you see and hear is the same sound you get at the party. This is an important aspect to consider when making a decision to book live music. If the musician is already booked, we do not send other musicians.
At After Hours we do not cut corners. Everyone has a specific job. All of our events are properly staffed, with talented professionals on each job. This includes separate staff for every job: one DJ, one MC, one Photo Booth operator, one Zap Shot Photographer, one lighting tech, one video screen tech, musicians, etc. This ensures each task is done properly. You will not see your DJ or MC taking photography, or working the photo booth.
It's Your Party
After Hours is an in-depth and detail-oriented company. We encourage clients to give us special song selections and/or specific versions of any songs they want to hear at their event. This can be arranged by sending music in the form of an MP3 or YouTube link two months prior to the event date to ensure that there is no confusion on the day of your party. We always call to go over the details of your event from start to finish so you feel comfortable and are sure we are on the same page. This way you can just show up and have fun.
Dressing to impress is important to the After Hours crew. All of our staff will arrive neatly dressed in all black while loading in and setting up. They will then change into neat, black suit attire for the duration of your event. We do not allow jeans, shorts, sneakers, graphic T-shirts, or any other unprofessional attire. We are always respectful of the venues and their policies.
